The ABC Assets program gets their own room

In order to have their own creative space on campus the ABC Assets program have taken over room 561. For the first time the program will have a room dedicated to its after school programs.The Video game club has taken on the task of decorating the ABC room in order to create a student friendly environment. The students will use objects that the ABC program has accumulated over the past few years.There would be no cost in creating the game room since it would be using most of the resources that are already available for the students to use. The ABC program has had the highest attendance rate in the state this year’s attendance goal was hit on Nov. 26th. The room is supposed to also bring more students to participate in the after school programs by offering a place for clubs to meet if a classroom isn’t available to them. Students will have many different clubs in one ABC assets room.

“We have been looking for a room dedicated to only ABC for ages. So when room 516 opened up we jumped at the chance of having it,” ABC Assets Coordinator Doug Paulson said.
